Sales & Refund Policy
We happily offer returns or exchanges of unopened and unused products within 30 days of the original purchase date. Contact email@example.com to start your return or exchange process, or if you have any questions.
Once we receive your online or phone order, we'll provide you with an email confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. We reserve the right, at any time after receiving your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason. If we cancel an order after you have already been billed, we will refund the billed amount.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders will be processed in the order they are received. Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. We will do our very best to ship your order within a reasonable amount of time from the purchase date. Please allow at least 5 - 7 days for arrival once shipped. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond our control once it leaves our facilities, we cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.
The Global Creative, Inc / Karin North America online store sells and ships products to end-user customers only. You may not purchase products from the online store for resale, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are doing so.
USA & CANADA ONLY
At this time, Global Creative, inc. accepts orders from billing addresses within USA and Canada. Global Creative, Inc. will not ship purchased products to an address outside of these zones.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND LIMITATIONS
There may be occasions when we confirm your order but subsequently learn that we cannot supply the ordered product. In the event that we cannot supply a product you ordered, we will cancel the order and refund your purchase in full.
